Returns

Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund within 1 month from the invoice date, subject to the following conditions:

• No Special order / clearance items will be refunded.

• Items are returned at senders cost.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition. Damaged/marked items WILL NOT be refunded.

• All items must be returned in their original packaging.

• Items are received in a reasonable condition.

• All items must be accompanied with the senders name, address, contact telephone number and order reference, which is quoted on the invoice.

To return any items you MUST call first to obtain a returns number before returning any items.

Shortages & Damages

Please call us with any problems, shortages or courier damage within 7 days of the despatch date printed on the picking sheet. Any shortages reported after the 7 days will incur a delivery charge.

When calling us, please have your order reference number handy.

Warranty

As there are a wide range of differing circumstances, conditions and the manner in which they may be installed and used, brake rotors/discs and brake pads are regarded as consumable items and therefore their life expectancy is considered to be a random factor.  We can offer no time or mileage guarantee on these items.  No warranty exists on any products used on track or for competition use of any kind.
